Dear Camper,
I invite you to join me this year at Gettysburg College from June 29th - July 4th or at Colorado State University from July 27th - August 1st. This year, as always, our camps will provide quality training and insights for middle distance and distance runners (800 meters and up).
My camp is unique in that the instruction is geared toward developing the total runner - physically, mentally and spiritually. Campers will learn how to apply racing, training strategies, and diet as well as hear from top Christian athletes who will share how their faith has helped them reach their fullest potential.
Joining us at both camps this year again will be camp favorite, Coach Bill Lundberg of Hillsdale College, world renowned physiologist Dr. Jack Daniels (at the CSU camp), former Irish miling great, Coach Marcus O’Sullivan (Gettysburg) along with one of the best staffs we’ve ever had.
